All draft I knew we’d get Surtan if available. But I kept telling my friends I preferred Micah becuz you build a defense starting with the front 7. With no pressure great CBs can seem avg and with pressure avg CBs can look great. However, had no clue he would be this BEAST!!

The sack against J. Herbert to win the game was crazy. His closing speed was on full display. I don't think I've seen anyone with faster closing speed than Parsons.

first im a cowboys fan obviously but truthfully ive never in my life seen someonne close on a defender with the speed and quickness like parsons does.. ive never seen that kinda burst before, regardless of team or player.. demarcus ware, and von miller had crazy get off, but you stick parsons on the outside and hes quicker than both of those and i never thought that i would say that.. beacause ive seen ware get called for offsides and the replay showed he was so quick off the ball they thought he jumped early..micah is that and more

@@Kronic_Impulse I mean if you compare resumes of course he’s not the best he only has 1 year on his resume. But you can’t deny he is by far the most gifted at his position. There literally no other defender in the league that can be all pro LB or All pro edge rusher. Parsons is literally THAT good. The man rushed less than 40% of the time and got 13 sacks and 32 QB. Once the kid starts to add muscle and some of that speed declines he will transition into a generational pass rusher.

They would have closer attention to him as the year went on, but he has elite speed, bend and strength for the position and he will perfect more pass rush moves with experience. Shannon Sharpe who is a Cowboy hater even called it during the draft, that Parsons was the best defensive player available before the first round even started.
