16-Min Teeth Whitening Kit & Crazy Toothpaste Flavors - Tried and Tested: EP196 

Dentist here. I have a few opinions on the products: 1. The active ingredients listed for the whitening kit are generally plaque-reducing substances. So the product basically functions the same as a toothpaste; I would instead recommend a normal toothbrush and toothpaste. If professional whitening is not an option for you, there are so many cheaper alternatives out there. However, much like what Shu An experienced, without professional help, excess product usage can lead to gum and tooth damage. Nonetheless, your natural teeth colour is still the best colour - don't judge your look based on influencers, because who knows what damage they have done to their teeth. 2. The good thing about that curry toothpaste is that it has fluoride in it, although I do not know if there's enough fluoride in it to protect your teeth as there is no ingredient list. Also, the current recommendation is not to rinse after brushing, because there is no point to toothpastes if we rinse off the helpful fluoride. However, I wholeheartedly disagree with the 3-minute rule of brushing within 3 minutes of eating the curry. Your mouth is very acidic after eating, and you are damaging your teeth If you brush during this weakened state. 3. I have not heard of Curapox actually. Upon research, the company have actually made quite a few unfounded claims about the efficacy of their toothbrushes. However, if the toothbrush is small and soft, I do not see any harm in using it, as long as it's not overpriced. The toothpastes also seem to have fluoride in them, although in slightly lesser amounts than regular toothpastes. They also have xylitol, a sweetener which is good for your teeth. One big no-no for these toothpastes is that they have citric acid pretty high on the ingredient list - which is extremely harmful for your teeth. I have had patients who hate mint in regular toothpastes, but looks like I won't be recommending this one. TL;DR - as a dentist, I would not recommend any of these products.

Apagard Ultimate toothpaste from Japan is very good actually. tried it once, it supposed to be very good if you didnt rinse after and helps to strengthen your teeth and prevent brittle-ing.

my favorite whitening toothpaste gotta be "ORA2 Me Stain Clear Toothpaste" from Japan. Peach one is nice and super effective too. You gotta try that one.😁
