Personal tips that worked for me: - Customize your own meal plan - Do not UNDER eat. But also don't OVER eat. - Eat when you're hungry, not when you're thirsty. - Put vegetables for every meal you will have. - Cook your own food - Find healthy alternatives - Sleep more if you can ( adult problems) - Workout consistently. This really helped me a lot to lose weight . Morning stretches Some 2_3 yoga Drink 3ltrs of water a day Don't starve buy eat healthy. Can have healthy sugary items like Oat muffin Breakfast oats with milk Lunch lil red rice with lots of veges and protein meat. Dinner oat with milk or a light fibre food. Evening walk atleast 2hr 30mins workout Sleep well😍 Don't stress

Eating small meals is not better than eating say 1 meal a day. Fasting and low carb will make you loose the weight and keep it off. Carbs make you store fat however you eat you never get to your own fat if you don’t have this in mind.

5:33 Actually, Green Coffee (unroasted coffee bean) is way better than Black coffee. Green Coffee Bean is unroasted so the Chlorogenic Acid is retained which has Weightloss Benefit. Also in hypertension, premature aging and more.

I have PCOS and when it comes to PCOS it is advised to limit or better even cut out caffeine. Drink decaf coffee, if you can't give up coffee. Now green tea is healthy but also has caffeine which for us PCOS people, just isn't good, as it stresses our body and stress leads to cortisol and that leads to body fat. I am a huge Green tea lover, so I can't give it up completely, I have it still once in a while, maybe once a week but I have instead switched to drinking spearmint tea (spearmint NOT peppermint) 2x/daily. It helps relaxing your body, balances your hormones (which we need!), helps with symptoms such as facial hair, bloating etc. So maybe you can give it a try. It has helped me a lot and of course the best best drink one could ever drink is Water. Nothing ever beats Water!

Don't do sit ups, but do dead lifts? Dead lifts you avoid unless you in a comp, 1 wrong move 1 issue with your lower back and you done, no surgery can fix your lower back if it goes.
