I love seeing these, even for me as a college gk who sees the spectacular saves and thinks well this aint us, its good for not only us but for the young ones to see what goes into it, the work and the process needed. keep grinding (if anything thinks it and people will in our day and age, this isn't a hate comment)

I would say the most basic alternative would be an agility pole! You can also get plastic mannequins! Thank you! 😊🙌🏽

these guys are only decent cuz they’re light and fast af but they both have no technique
