@Thebluefus I agree that every kid should have work ethic and hustle at a young age and not be afraid to work. What's more impressive about this kid is the situation he's in. And finding a way to overcome his situation and hopefully endure. He is not in a country like America where he can start off mowing lawns or cleaning gutters. He gets a bag of potatoes, straps them, cuts them, and makes fries. It's a very simple task yes. But it shows an innovative mentality and a way to make money in a place where I'm positive money is not easy to come by. Give they young man his credit. He deserves it. If he was in America he would find a way to become a millionaire. We do have too many liberal leaning weak minded kids. Especially in America. I do not feel like this kid fits that definition. I'm sure he's making money in these videos as well. And I'm pretty sure he's the bread maker in his household over his parents/grandparents/family.

Actually thats a tecnique that a lot of restaurants use for extra crunchy french fries, obviously its not exactly the same process (in restaurants they have more control of the temperature) but if done correctly you get even better and crunchier french fries. Try it yourself, just precook french fries and let them cool a litlle bit, then proceed to fry them again at a higher temperature.
