16000Km Long Term Ownership Review of GIXXER 250SF | is it worth to buy in 2021 ??

I've been using gixxer sf 155 from last 6 years , already ridden 36000 km and it still feels the same , still smooth and punchy , also took it for long rides and had done some off roads as well , can't expect more from it, soon I'll update with 250

Gixxer is a value for money product. Have been riding a 4 year old Gixxer and have covered over 26,500 kms without any hitch other than the speedo sensor which was changed yesterday besides one set of front brake pad, one spark plug and 2 air filters. This 155 cc Gixxer has 141 mm front Shock absorbers which is normally provided for higher capacity bikes . Gem of a machine which can cruise on top gear @ 28 kmph . Get average of 53/km/liter. In Honda highness one can't use 5th gear lower than 55 kmph speeds. This Gixxer is totally stress free and dosen't over heat at all . This is the best value for money bike one can buy in this segment which is absolutely free of vibrations.

Suzuki's bikes are good. Off late the pricing has become crazy and what I feel is that the after sales service is worst. Showroom vale loot rahe hain public ko.. Quality of chain set, brake pads and other consumables is not reasonable compared to cost. I own Gixxer 150 and that is my experience in last 5 years. I paid 7k for a service and then stopped going to showroom 😂

Built quality is top notch in Gixxer range and access, intruder and burgman is good , From the makers of Hayabusa.

I own first generation gixxer sf fi, I've clocked 65000 km on the odo and still the smoothness can be felt in the engine. No vibrations in the bike till 7500 rpm. Suzuki engines are best.

I also own same bike. Bought it two months ago. Roadtrip done from Delhi to Shimla with pillion. Awsome performance and mileage. Just a small tip for this guy. Get your bike serviced from Super Suzuki West Delhi it will cost same mine is done from there only. Best place for Suzuki bikes.

Most underrated bike

I have a Suzuki Gixxer sf 150. 62000 km done. Very smooth engine. Not even once I have done engine service. Regular service at 6months once is enough.

Owner is right. I am using 150. I can say Gixxer is better than R15 . Comfort , money savings , light brightness . And smoothness.

Hi bro Your video was nice and informative. I own gixxer sf 250. Which is a year old and clocked 30000 kms. I must say the front break pad life is around 2000kms hardly. Its not about riding style. Its about some serious issues with the break pad. To test the life of pad i had used many companies pads. But still the life is same. So the issue is with either caliper or disk plate. I must appreciate the engine. And also its a eye catching bike poor marketing of the company.

The golden lettering of 250 is first done by me and Suzuki copied from me. 😂

I have gixxer 155 from 7.5 yrs. Done 85k kms. Still getting mileage of 45 kms even after riding in city. still reaches top speed of 120 kmph. Done ladakh and Bangalore from Mumbai without any issue. Done 1000 km in 24 hrs.

Bhai 2 lakh rupya hai na jeb me aankh band krke lelo.Gixxer sf250...... 250 cc hone ke bawajood service cost bahut kam hai. Refinement bhi ek number hai. Touchwood jitna bhi kahun utna kam hai. Koi engine knocking ya fit aur finish ki dikkat nahi. Dehradun to Nainital non stop ride kiya wapis aake 1000 rupye me service done. Koi dikkt nahi. Paisa wasool bike.

just hit 40000km on mine.... it does not disappoint... cheap maintenance, awesome endurance... its my everyday tool.... bullet proof....

Gixxer 155 1st model owner, Gixxer engines is very torque y , butter smooth, better than R15 , hornet, whole honda lineup.

The only drawback on this bike is they should have offered a slip and assist clutch at this price point,which is very helpful in city . The issue of early brake pad wearout is even in vstrom. Maybe somebody can suggest better brake pads.

Bhai compare karna hay to Dominar 250 see Karo..😅 150CC ke baccha se keya competition?

R15 goes to 150 without khat khat.also R15 is also very efficient at higher speeds than gixxer.it also handles much better than Gixxer.it also has a more advanced engine compared to gixxer.R15 is a track bike and Gixxer is a sports tourer bike so don't compare these two.gixxer can be compared with r3 and ninja 300 but not R15 or rc390 because those are track focused bike.gixxer doesn't feel like a sports bike at all.its good for daily rides in city because of low down torque.

I have raided Gixxer 155 24000km it's good bike and it's giving 45-50 milege in 8 months

Suzuki Gixxer is best but the service centre Dont know the actual issue what customer facing i went service centre 7 times in a month they said my bike Gixxer 155 sound is perfect i check the same at outer delhi service center they said Bike sound is not smooth.... still my bike is in service centre more than 7 day they didn't find the issue...

155 nahi cross hoti hai bhai..., ecu lock hai 10000rpm me , jisse mujhe ab tak 153kmph topspeed mila hai , but suzuki wale bole ki chahe to 11000rpm tak jayegi ecu remapping krke , wo log ecu remapping karte hai aur tab 160plus jayegi , but still gixrr me 14km ka gps error hai

Done 61k km on naked Gixxer 250, no issues till now, still like new bike.
