Kitchen flow is really disrupted by the stairwell. As this is a 1960's bungalow reno.;relocating the basement stairs would make the kitchen less awkward to use
I was enjoying the tour and wondering where on Elizabeth Crescent this was as the road I live on intersects Elizabeth Crescent. When the video got to the back yard, there was my house in the background!! I know exactly where this house is! We have the back view of it from our house.
So many nice things in this home...but a few really odd choices. 1) The TV mounted at ceiling height above the sliding glass door. Neck strain much? 2) A barn door to the bedroom? If you insist on having your bedroom open DIRECTLY onto the living/kitchen/dining areas...wouldn't you atheist want a real door? And 3) No access from the deck to the yard? You have to go through the house, down interior stairs, and through the basement to reach the pool area. Awkward!
It's nice, but there's just a lot of dead space. It would have been more impressive if there was a separate powder room for guests and have the main bathroom as an ensuite for the second bedroom. Or have three bedrooms on the main floor. Also, although spacious for a bungalow, I don't think having two of almost every appliance in the kitchen is unnecessary.
This house was clearly made for entertaining; so having two of every appliance makes cooking for them a whole lot easier and a whole lot faster; which means more time to visit with guests! (:
Amazing huge luxury house... Bellissima e super Confortevole Grande Villona Canadese... Sarebbe magnifico poterci vivere dentro, anche se ci sono ancora delle cose da migliorare e rifinire...
WOW!!! Gorgeous... As per Google, it was listed at $2,388,800, but sold at $2,300,000... Funny I was expecting it to more expensive... About 5.5 million or more...
It toke me a while to figure it out but i did yesterday, my setting for roll stiffness were too low for the weight of my camera, it drove me crazy, but it's fixed now. apparently they got changed on a firmware update.
This house is incredible!! Warm and inviting and what's not to like?! But not for 2.3 million?! Come on?! These agents and the home owners in the GTA are so greedy!! Nonsense!! It's a bungalow. The agents just keep raising everything and create bidding wars ....so f_d up!!
@@colourwheel5703 no my friend bungalows do not cost more because of the basement. What costs is land and material and not to mention builders cost. Plus the bigger the house the more it costs. Obviously this bungalow is a good size but if you add an extra floor, that would cost more.
