Not gonna lie. I was lost when I first received my juicer. Watching your video made me feel at ease and comfortable about the juicer

Thank you SOOOO much!!! I could not, for the life of me, figure out how to remove the filter to clean it without taking the screws out every single time. The manual was no help at all, and said NOTHING about simply popping the filter off of the top! That was getting super-tedious, and I was about the return my juicer. I was honestly afraid of breaking the darn thing...You are a life-saver!!

Mines didn’t come in an amazon box 😩 they literally put the shipping stickers on the actual box . It looked beat up, but the product looks good. I am now here trying to figure out how to work it lol

As a new aquisition and having read the cleaning instructions. It wasn't clear on how to remove the stainless steel strainer. You video made that easy fo me to achieve a thoroghly cleaned machine. Thanks

Anyone else having trouble cleaning the top of the middle ring she showed? Food is getting stuck in between it and the brush does not reach it.

Thank you for doing this video. I received my Alcock Juicer today and couldn’t figure out how to remove the stainless steel filter and the part underneath for washing before use. I read the manual but still had no clue. I watched the video that is used to advertise this product but still no clue. After watching your video I realised I need to pull a little harder to remove it. Before I was scared I would break it because it requires a little effort to remove it. Now I have disassembled it and washed all the washable parts. I am excited to start juicing. Thank you.
