Here's something to think about for new buyers thinking about composites. I've been building decks using composite now for 5 years and in my opinion It's not as good as wood. I have some customers replace them with wood. Yes it last forever basically but here's why I don't like it. 1.It's very slick when wet. 2. In the summer it gets extremely hot, hot like a asphalt parking lot in the summer in direct sun. You can't walk on it bare foot when its hot. Wood won't heat up like composites aka plastic. 3.It's double the cost compared to wood. 1 1x6"x16' deck board is $18.00 in treated wood...composites are $32.00. If you get trex premium it could be $50.00 per board. 4. Wood is prettier, you can stain it, paint it or both. You can even sand it and re stain it another color with Composites your stuck with the color unless you want to replace all the deck boards.

im pretty sure you lose a lot of potential customers by not giving some kind of base price ball park figures cause most do not want to put them selves through the torture of dealing with sales people Really anybody knows that
