Are these plumbed? I see the room for the bathroom and outlets for appliances but I don't see plumbing??? With everything being finished and not seeing plumbing, do you have to cut into the finishings to add plumbing?
We serve a very large territory and plumbing requirements can change from county to county so we recommend a local plumber. Cutting into the finishings is something they're very comfortable and familiar with.
It would be nice to know what the cost is of this home. Of course with a disclaimer that it is the current price and prices are subject to change based on the options chosen.

Are dealers that intimidated to tell the price? Also with a closet right next to it, they decide to put that ugly breaker box on the wall in the bedroom. SMH !!!

@@EZPB I think a ballpark price , or a price range is what's being suggested. Not an actual price. And they are asking for the price of the model shown. You are a bit evasive when it comes es to giving an idea of cost.
