I lived in Cancun from 1986-1991. in 1987, I bought these 2 untouched lots on the beach where this hotel sits today. I had a small palapa built and a well and since I wasn’t living in Cancun, I decided to sell. I sold these lots in 1992. Every time I go back to Mexico, I come back to my old property. I always have tears in my eyes.
