Over the Thanksgiving long weekend, crews worked around the clock to achieve major construction milestones on the 17 Ave S.E. Extension and Victoria Park/Stampede Station Rebuild Project, including the demolition of the old station. Over the coming months, crews will begin construction on the new, more modern and more accessible station, which will be operational in late 2023.
Thanks to our consulting, construction and trades teams, led by PCL and ISL, for their hard work through the long weekend, and to our partners at Calgary Stampede and Calgary Transit for their collaboration. And thanks to you, Calgary, for your patience while we complete this important city-building project.
