Heart attack on Monday. Atypical symptoms so watch video for details. Some funny parts too. Talking to my cardiologist at 1 on Monday and they were telling me how great I was doing. Heart attack 3 hours later. God really does have a sense of humor. LOL.

Thanks for the update! Wishing you the best. How do the meds make you feel? Also, i know it doesn't relate to you but sometimes if someone is having a panic moment their pressure can go up but here the difference was you had some really bad pain that went along with the high BP.

I hope you continue to improve with your health. Sounds like you are eating well and staying active which is good. Please consider quitting smoking. As a former smoker I am happy to say I'm coming up on my ten year anniversary of quitting. I weaned myself off by extending the start time of my first smoke of the day. It seemed like the longer i waited for my first smoke of the the day the less i smoked that day. I also tried to stay busy and focus on something else when the urge hit. The last few years I smoked, not very many people even knew as i didnt even bring them to work. I would wait until I got home in the late afternoon to light up my Black and Mild and enjoy it with a Sailor Jerry. In 2015 I had a fairly serious surgery in which I had to stay a few days in the hospital and I decided to quit for good, 10 years ago. It also felt comforting to me to keep a few cigars around just incase the urge hit in which I would tell myself I'll smoke one later. Lol. I hope everything continues to work out well for you.

It's a wake-up call, isn't it? Time to adopt a healthier diet, take dogs for a walk a few times a day, reduce alcohol consumption, quit smoking and reduce stress levels where possible.

Already eat healthy.No dogs but if you review my videos you will see I am extremely active.Don't drink.Working on smoking: using 100% natural tobacco btw. Stress is low and has been for 2+ years now. A lot of it is genetics: come from really bad gene pool. Assorted cancers,diabetes, heart disease.All in my direct gene pool.
