What a great campout and great video! That girl coming face to face with a bear is a bit unsettling. If it was a cub, the momma isn't far behind! Looks like everybody had a blast!
Wow, what a fantastic event! Despite the weather, it sure looks like you two did a wonderful job organizing and regrouping during the three days there. I saw in the background that our spot beside you was vacant, and so sorry we had to cancel. Please keep us on the list for next year. There is now a New England Oliver rally near the same time, and it would be so fun to attend both in one trip!
Hey there @Steve_and_Deb_Explore_the_USA ! Thank you! It was a bit stressful, but so much fun! We really enjoyed the process and have most definitely learned a lesson, or two! Lol! Although you were missed, having that extra spot really came in handy. I think we will do that from now, forward. We will most definitely keep you in the loop for the next one.
Looks beautiful up there. The wife and I will be camping in Coleman State Park, the first week of August. So I'm encouraged that we will see cooler weather.

Looks like a great of time. That area is just beautiful. Spent the last four days over on the Dolly Copp side of White Mtns. I believe it was the chanterelles that were all over (did not inspect in too much detail and I’m not even a novice 😅)
@Cbockhoff We had an amazing time. Love Franconia. Haven't checked out Dolly Copp side. It is now on the list. The chanterelles have competed eluded me this season. I've heard they're everywhere! I have yet to find one!
Lots of fun, nice people, wonderful place, (seems to me, I didn't taste it, more is the pity) delicious food, what's not to like?🥰 And I'm truly impressed of how a moose's antlers are so heavy! (I never saw a moose for real, I used to think they were like big horses, but for what the lady was saying, they are so much bigger!)😮
