They were a sensation from the Netherlands in whole Europe in the 90s. After 6 minutes and 30 seconds you also hear the sound that the Netherlands has become famous for in Europe and you can hear this again in Europapa by Joost Klein

The Dutch rapper is Ray Slijngaard and was 2 UNLIMITED together with Anita Doth. Who had big hits all over the world with their house music / Eurodance in the 90's.

Nope, this was, if I'm not mistaken, D-Rock with the rapper/MC E-Life. But it most definitely wasn't Ray Slijngaard.

It's hard for people outside the US to be known there. 2 unlimited and the Vengaboys are well-known in the US, I think. When I was at an NBA game, I heard Get Ready for This by 2 unlimited. I liked that.
