People mature at different rates especially women. This is how the rule has always been, when a girl is 16, her maturity level is that of a 23 year old. They seat always add 7 years. Also, they have something called “emancipation “ that is when a teen under 18 goes before a judge and proves that he or she is mature enough to live life as an adult. I know a woman who was emancipated at 14!!

@@aucklandsadventures In every state a 17 year old can get a gun. All they have to do is ask a law abiding citizen to purchase one. It's so easy even ldiots like you can do it. Since theres no requirement to register the gun, no one will ever make that connection. Or skip the straw purchaser, they can save money and buy a gun at a gun show themaelves. In 29 states, a background check is not required when it's a private party sale. Felons do this all the time and people just sell guns to them. The Mexican cartel continually do this because our gun laws aren't good enough to prevent illegal guns, do you get it??
