It's an easy problem to fix. You use a gun in the commission of a crime you get life in prison. You attack someone with a weapon you get mandatory minimum of 25 years in prison. You commit two violent crimes you get 25 years mandatory minimum. You commit three felonies of any kind you get life in prison. You commit 5 misdemeanors of any kind you get 25 year minimum mandatory. I was talking to a bouncer in a bar years ago and he was saying how he had been arrested many times in his life. He was shocked that I had never been arrested. GETTING ARRESTED IS NOT A NORMAL THING My father lived to be 72 and he had never been arrested either. Then you have families, and even whole communities, where it is uncommon for someone to have never been arrested.
And I'm SURE the suspect is the SAME physical description as most other young criminals and their parents do NOT discipline their kids and the parents need to be held accountable and arrested for their IRRESPON- SIBILITY
He’s 17 he knows right from wrong, my brother spent most of his childhood in detention centers and 15 of his adult life in prison same upbringing but I’ve never had a ticket .
