House is missing one thing: a ‘system’. That is, a parallel system of doors and passages all over the house that lets the servants appear and disappear without being too noticeable. What servants? The ones you need to run the place. You will never manage alone.

Too large and ostentatious. Ladue has many gorgeous old historical mansions with authentic architecture styles and craftsmanship. This is a “new money” flex, that’s all. It’s not a home, it’s a gaudy display. I’ll take a comfy little cottage over that, anytime. The fountain is awesome, though.
