I agree but some people will never believe that. Some culture creations should stay with that particular culture UNLESS credit is given to that culture. Why aren't indian, chinese, japanese, swedish dances and other cultures not included in the korean music videos, just mostly african american? And before anyone comes for me, PROVE that the majority of idol dances are not from the a.a. culture, even most of the usa pop culture is from the a.a.culture. Don't come at me being rude, argumentative, bullying, or threatening or you will be reported.
@@cattybabbe Well the truth is Korean labels saw the appeal of African American music with the clothes, singing, dancing, rapping etc. It's why every single group has rappers though I don't consider most of kpop rappers, rappers. It's a formula to make money. Now you do have Ceo's like the leader of JYP who is a big fan of Bobbie Brown. He also used to be in the U.S. for awhile trying to right songs for RnB artists. So the music is the style he likes. Most Korean labels see that not many U.S. artists sing, dance much now and use it as a niche. It's also a way to try to appeal to Western music fans by being relatable.
@@NoName-vc3qe Literally some dances are created by certain races and known to those races so save that b.s. It's why you have terms like urban dance. There are also dances by certain races that are meant only for them as they're cultural and it would be offensive to them for others to do it. Don't act like kpop artists don't get called out for doing dances that have a special meaning to certain races. As for African American dances which Korean labels milk, twerking def isn't one meant for everyone. It literally is about moving butt cheeks which S.K. girls don't have. They can't alternate between lifting them nor flopping them both at the same time because they have no cheeks to flop. So I'll say it again. Not every urban aka African American dance is meant for everyone! Also, just because something is "art" doesn't mean it's meant to be copied.
