I agree with on the price. With it being built in 1965 I wonder when they remodel if the electric and plumbing was updated

It's a nice place but $4 million for a non main lake home? Have there been any other homes that are this far up one of the canals that have sold for anything close to that? This house sold for under $1.7 million a couple years ago and yes they put a lot of work into this house, completely changed the look and increased the square footage but $4 million? With the market changing so quickly, interest rates going up, this house is going to be difficult to sell IMO. They did a good job but I think this is a $2.5 million dollar house, I guess we'll see, I'll be watching. My wife and I have an over/under bet on when the first price reduction will take place and final selling price. This house will NOT sell for over $3 million, not in this economic environment.
