The final result looks like a tie dye spiral, it's so pretty. I really like it with the gold sticker and the gold trimming very pretty i don't think it was a fail at all.
Well for me I know one thing that is consistently lovely is you! I think this piece is as amazing as the others because to me it's like you're learning to use the resins and inks and various added products and you are creating and learning to use them as brush strokes in your inspiring artist pieces. I enjoy every video and seeing your wonderful amazing artistic talents. Thanks for sharing your talent with us all!
It might not be a fairy flower, but the petals are so realistic looking! The texture of them are so pretty. The sticker in the middle was a nice addition to cover up the transulcent parts.
The new mold is loooovely! And The colors came out very pretty! I also think your save with the sticker made the blobby center actually kind of look like sun rays! I love when a mistake can be turned into something lovely. Funny enough, though, I actually thought the back was really pretty on this one. It reminded me of a strawberry slice!
I still really love it Julie, even if it wasn't the result you wanted, the colours are beautiful and the sticker and gold edging really finished the look 😍
I love those colours. It kinda looks like Yin and Yang I reckon. I loved the pattern before the white pour. I’m curious to know what it looks like from the front side without the white pour. I know you weren’t happy with but think it still looked great 😊
I Learn whether a creation comes out as expected or there’s a glitch or two. And, yes, there are nifty ways to save a piece. Teaches what works or not.
The outside 2, 2.5 inches are glorious! The inside was super blobby. Those colors are amazing. The sticker in the middle was a great idea. Thank you for trying the resin and changing the ink brand next time. Can’t wait to see the results! Thank you for doing these trials and tests. I really appreciate that I can use your results and save money and time. I realize Australia and western Kentucky still have a lot of differences that I will have to account for, but I appreciate the advantage you provide me. Thank you!
I love those colors and the swirl pattern. I think it turned out really beautiful! The outside petals look a bit like carnations. Great job, as usual Julie!❤
Hi Julie, I love the colors you chose for this piece. The sticker was the perfect addition. Guessing that the swirl effect of the colors was because you swirled it in the cup before you poured it. It's a very neat effect. It looks like a yiny and yang symbol. It's very beautiful.
Well, I think it's lovely. The red and the yellow morphed into comma shapes that intertwined in a good way, making a perfect frame for the center. Thank you for sharing.
I love this one the colors just stand out. I know it not one of your favorite. However it is Beautiful. Keep trying and I am gonna keep watching. Have a great day 🥰🥰🥰
We all know how disappointing it can be when something you put so much effort into doesn’t turn out right for us! That’s just the joys of being a resin artist, to quote Mr Gump, “like a box of chocolates, you never know what your gonna get”! But you know what, I really, really like it a lot Julie and the little gold sticker makes all the difference in the world to it. Yeah I think it turned out a beautiful little piece! ❌☘️🥰
I am yet to try blooms!! Can't wait to try! I do plan on showing my first bloom on your fb page. If it's bad it's bad and look forward to everyone's way to try!
It looks really nice though! Maybe put more of the clear with the colors but less white dumped in. Its exciting though I only have a one to one resin to work with so know now Ill get at least something cool! Thanks for trying Julie!
Julie it may not be a fairy flower but I actually love what you did to enhance those colors. I was thinking what someone else mentioned , it kind of looks like a ying/yang. Beautiful! ❤
That looks so cool, I've never seen this technique before! Wish you'd try it without doing the cup of white at the end, just stopping at the dots, I bet it'd look really nice!
WOW, Julie! I LOVE the colors, and look! They didn't blend quite as much as the Holbein acrylic inks, even though it looked like it did from the pour side.
Hey Julie! So happy you tried these colors...they are just gorgeous! The center might not have bloomed but the outside is just so beautiful and the sticker "recovery" looks great. Hope you'll try this color combo again but with your regular resin, loving this mold too. Big ((Hugs)) from Texas! ; )
Makes a nice yin-yang. Suggestion: make a path in your yard from your "mistakes". It will not only give you some color to your yard, but will give a life to ones that might end up in the local dump
Looks like it spiraled. I like the spiral actually. ❤ the colors. I need to snag this large mold. I’ve the smaller one. But those colors are pretty. Pretty sticker. Just got a big batch of Woodes Goodies. Those inks are very intensely strong color wise. Might try this over the weekend and use those.
I think the backs are so interesting and pretty. The front is a gorgeous color combination. It reminds me of a 🍑 peach and tangerine 🍊. And love the swirl!
