Hello friends!
It's been a while.
I'm back again with another vlog. A lot has happened lately that I've had a hard time coping with. My son was sick for a week, but he is okay now. It was just a mild fever, and I felt relieved that it was not covid. I also had issues around the house that caused me stress, so I decided to be away from social media for a while. I'm trying to get back and find something that motivates and comforts me. Recently, I started baking, and I find it so comforting,-An excellent way to release stress. I'm excited to share with you all my first baked bread. I hope you enjoy this video.

@@ChaioftheEast07 Kneading is only part of the equation. Have you tried a "no knead" style of dough? It involves adding extra water and letting the dough knead itself as it rests in the refrigerator. This is my favorite method for making a flavorful loaf of crusty bread. If you want something more tender, you could use a lower gluten flour.

Hello marc, I’ve never tried that. I never thought you can just add water and just let it knead by itself. I’ll try that tonight. I’m using Welma flour. I’m not familiar with other flour.
