18CR is too much for this property, i would prefer having even more luxurious furniture and a proper big living area connecting all the rooms than having a narrow passage that connects everything. It could have been built far better. khair koi to kharid hi lega

Passages are excellent to distinguish areas. Having a living area with rooms in it’s periphery reduces the privacy. No space wastage is basically for the middle class since affordability is an issue.
