We decided to launch from Changi Carpark 1 and head towards the kelong near Malang Papan to shelter us from the strong wind.
CR: 8 Mangrove Jacks, 2 Sweetlips, 2 Fingermark Snappers, 2 Emperors, 2 Tuskfish, 1 Grouper and 1 Seabass.
