Monologue of a person who is lost or who is stuck in the circle of everyday life, or maybe of fun, and does not find time for love at all. but this person asks the loved one to wait for him... Monologues are always monotonous. So I think it fits here. And in my opinion, the relatively even singing and monotony contrast with the powerful rhythm very nicely. thanks and good luck.

Dit lied moet niet zo letterlijk worden genomen. De auteur heeft gezegd dat het bedoeld is als een monoloog over het winterseizoen, de periode waarin we verdwalen in onze gedachtencirkels. Dagen die donker zijn vanwege het beperkte daglicht en allemaal hetzelfde lijken. De trage start van het lied zegt - er is één dag, en nog een dag, alsof de tijd op deze datum stil staat. Ik ga hierheen, ik ga daarheen tot het donker wordt en ik stop. Het lied gaat ook over de bijzondere hoop op de lente; op een betere morgen. Het kan klinken als een eenvoudig lied, maar de betekenis en ook de toon zijn veel dieper - zelfs muzikaal weerspiegelt het de monotonie van winterse dagen.
