Sweet vid once again. My run today was nothing lol. Took a much needed rest day after 3 weeks of no days off lol. This week is a down week probably only run around 40 miles or so since last week I hit 60 which was the most I’ve ever ran

Glad you’ve been enjoying the vids! Ive been logging all my runs, since freshman year of HS, on a site called Running2Win, so never really saw the use of getting strava. Might get one soon tho, we’ll see
