Svarptlin owner here , done 8k kms in 9 months , here's my point of view as a solo rider 1. Bike is bad at low rpms 2. Vibration are uncomfortable sometimes, vibration get lower after 6k kms 3. My highest mileage is 49.8 kmpl 4. Need to refuel quite fast ( small fuel tank) 5. Max I've gone is 158kmph 6. I won't suggest this bike for city i would rather go for Gixxer 7. Bike is good for highways but not for too long . Ive done longest ride in ine day was goa to Mumbai (~500kms) the road was under construction and monsoon so everything was muddy . As a naked bike you know what was about to happen , although it handles quite good in mud and on beaches too 8. The bike don't give you confidence while banking at all, its just all trust game . 9. Overall looking at milage price and daily use for 40-50 kms its an awesome bike . 10. Lastly suspension are stiff atleast for me as a skinny solo rider 😅. But the bike is reliable, just take care of it and it will take care of you At the end always wear your safety and ride safely ✌️
Thank you so much, your experience helped me a lot. I was planing to buy this bike... If you are comfortable then I would like to talk with you more... Coz I was searching if someone have this bike, so I can ask them about the bike and then I can decide to buy this or not.
@@rizwanahmed5759 sure bro , its always good to help someone. If you need anything else you can ask the channel owner or even me . We both are happy to help ✌️
@@ShreyaSz what's your review after 1 year... Are you happy with the bike ? I am skinny guy with 56 kg weight should I buy this bike or vitpilen 250 bike ? Please reply 🙏
@@Fact_TalkiesYT hey buddy , as i have the 2021 version my views may not be accurate for the newer models but as the inner body is same so ... still i will tell you what i think about the bike now But first i want to let you know i crashed a year ago in feb . The reason for crash was for i was dependent on abs while i was turning in ghats. So my bike was somewhat rebuild after that so my views are based on the rebuilt bike. 1. The suspension have grown softer now somehow ,they were hard even after crash but as the time passed after i crossed 10k kms the suspension went little softer and the engine vibration were reduced 2. Vibration have been reduced still not very low . My hand goes numb after a long drive at higher speeds. 3. Still get a good milage of 28-35 in cities and 30-40 on highways . Atlest bike meter shows so.. 4. My svartplin had multipurpose tyres which made me crash as they didn't provide grip as much i needed so i cheanged them and this even made the mud and water splatter less. You know what happens to naked bikes in rainy season. 5. The thing ive noticed is that the bike is very prone to take dirt. As its naked its somewhat difficult to clean in some parts and after you clean it takes few minutes of driving to get the dirt back. 6. When you are used to the ground clearance, i atleast don't face any problems on bumps (i weigh around 55-60) , but when you have a passanger with you , the bikke will touch almost every bump. 7. Speaking of passanger, if you are not a solo rider this will be the wort bike you can pick(no offence ❤️) . No one like to sit behind me as the seat is small and the left footpec have lot and i mean lot of direct vibration from engine. My frinds like to keep thir leg in my footpec instead of theirs due to the vibration. Also the footpecs position is very bad for passanger. And if you are doing long drive you will start to feel the need of streaching you legs too. 8. Service for bike in my area is fine , i wont say great but not bad either. The bike didn't faced any major problems internally so the build is good too. 9. The bike is the happiest at 65-85kmph after that it starts to get louder and not in a good way and the viberations spike up still they are not very concerning. As the bike has low displacement engine its terrible at power rpms and lower speeds . But once you are used to it . Its not bad. I would still prefer my bike over scooty in traffic. 9. As i am light weight and the bike is naked and light weight too, in highways windblast is quite troubling. When a big vehicle passes me It sometimes even moves me a little. 10. As was i am learning and improving my skills eventually i was able to knee scrape on private roads. Even tough its nearly impossible due to bime height. My point is the ride height gives you false hopes of confidence. Somethings may look possible due to the height when they are not and something could be done even tough it feels difficult. 11. As ilmoved to uk last sept. My parants eventually start the bike to warm up the engine and my friends take it to service in few months. The bike starts like someone was driving it yesterday even tough it was not touched for a month , so ktms and Husqvarna have a good reliability for starting the bike. As you said you are planning for vitplin , you should be imfomative about the sitting posture for riding. Its ok for City riding but one of my friends have the bike and he avoids using the bike for highway rides as the posture doesn't makes it easier to see in front while wearing a heavy helmet. So i would suggest think about it. Also i personally am not a big fan of the newer model designs . If you like it , make sure the fibers are sturdy and not very cheap plastic. If you have any more query please let me know , i would be happy to help 😊
Watching this video second time, you reallyyy covered everything. Great job man i think ive made up my mind about getting a husky. Dont know of thr vitpillen or svart but a husky for sure :) thanks.
Thank you bhai, I am very happy for you, svartpilen is good for long as compare too vitpilen , but vitpilen gives crazy cafe racer feel for some time. Take the final test ride before final buy.. stay happy and ride safe :)
Hi, I own a svartpilen. I've never come across the "low oil pressure" warning, and I ride in bumper to bumper traffic while commuting to work. You should probably get your bike checked.
Bro you drive like a tipical rage rider just like me :) i never came in that waring too but when my brother took the bike who rides really slow like a commuter biker he even told me that i never believed him then but after watching this video I can relate to it :)
In the market for a new city bike, just sold my apache 200 2018 model. I was in love with that bike but after my last accident it was in no condition and i fell out of love. Need something to love again 😂. Only bikes in my mind are tvs ronin, tvs rtr 200 and this
I haven't tried Ronin but RTR 200 is very good bike , and svartpilen has a different feel, in terms of practical city ride RTR 200 will have an upper hand over svartpilen I feel due to ground clearance, that's the only factor I feel is worry in svartpilen, other then that svartpilen is delight to ride in city as well as highway
@the90skid-oankar77 really good review man I subscribed instantly, I've made up my mind. After a couple of months of savings I'm going for the husky. I thought about getting thr rtr 200 again but that's gonna be boring I want something different and exciting. ;)
Hey man, thanks for your review of this. I found it very to-the-point and without any unnecessary riff-raff. Just wanted to ask you where you got the saddle stays from and if you've made any other mods to the bike. What about the wind blast and have you found any good windshield for it yet?
Thank you bro 🤗 For the windblast I havnt put any windshield And for saddle stay I got it custom made from my frd , you can contact him on this instagram.com/sns_custom_wheels?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= It's called "sns costumes" and there work shop is in dhaisar east close to Anand hotel feel free to contact them on Instagram bro they are very good and helpful

Inshaa alahaa.. salman bhaii. Sunday is not final day. i need little more time. because i fully locked in my home. If i come out from the home i will msg you defeanatily. Inshaa allahaa
yes bhai, there is decent amount of vibration after 70kmph and it keeps on increasing as we raise the speed, but as i use to ride duke earlier so i find it ok, if you have been riding more refined engine like yamaha and honda then it will surely bother you.
I had booked it last year, but at the moment of buying couldn't buy it because of financial issue. Broke my heart. So wanted to get this bike. Maybe later in life.
Recently bought this bike sir, thanks a lot for clearing the low oil pressure thing. Seriously thanks a lot. As i like to ride slow most of times and feel the engine, the low oil pressure shoots up. So again thanks for that. It's my first bike. Good bike i guess for a 23 year old guy. One more doubt bhaiya bar end mirrors lagwaon and horn konsa lagwaon nobody really moves aside with the stock horn. And to add on I'm 5"7 so you know what i feel, muje lagta hai main suv chala rha hon
hey Rishabh I am very happy that video was useful for you, :), bar end mirrors you can try bro, just be careful in case of fall, rest it all okey, and incase of horn I would suggest keep company fitted RTO problem nahi hoga. Rest it's all good. :) Ride safe cheers ☺️
Im currently planning to get a svartpilen as my secondary bike, but the thing is that I'm a bit concerned about its seat height as I've never ridden it. My height is around 5'9 I've ridden the Vitpilen previously and i could flat foot on that easily. It did feel like a toy at first just until I gave it some gas. Do you think the seat height will be a problem for me on svartpilen?
If you have got comfortable with vitpilen the svartpilen will be comfortable too for you bro , it is exect same the only difference is seat posture, and svartpilen is bit more comfortable I feel.
Planning to buy this bike but since am a new rider bit nervous as i live in sikkim traffic is always there seat height won't be a problem ig cuz am 5.11, I like this bike but just some 2nd thoughts in back of mind just that, anyway honest review thanks.
@@mohammadmuzammil4848 Yeah, it's been 2 and half months since I bought my Svartpilen. In performance wise it's a beast... In 250 segment, their is no other bike as much powerful as this one. In terms of seat hight, yeah it is high... Some of my friends can't even get on it 😂 I mean in the rider seat. But when I ride my bike first time, I feel like that it's made for me ❤ if any pillion sits behind you, the seat hight gets lower. I didn't face any problems with this bike till now. I don't know if anyone else feel this or it's just me... If I didn't ride my bike for one day and the next day I go out for ride I feel like, where did that much power comes from !? 😁
I been planning to buy svarpilen 250...but slightly concerned about two things which is ground clearance and milege comparing to other 250cc bikes? What's your take on this?
ground clearance is a major problem it get touch on every second speed breaker bro although they have given good safety guard, but can't do anything about it need to get use to it 😅 mileage is almost same as any other 250 cc we can't compare with fz 250 or gixxer 250 as they have little less bhp compare to this one bro, but in city I get around 30 and highway I get around 40 per ltr easily Best way bro take a test ride, if you feel connect with bike then go for it, I did the same 😁
Wait for 200cc version It will have more mileage and i hope they fix ground clearance too Btw low ground clearance is due to addition of catalytic converter (as govt of India made it mendetory) husqvarna already made designs so they added catalytic converter down there This is how ground clearance got messed up But i am sure this will be fixed in new variants of 200cc and 400cc
Very nice review.....honest and forthright ... Was thinking of getting new vitpilen 250 with more seat space...less seat height... more ground clearance.. more fuel tank capacity....v good price.. But somehow,,,,,,,,,, not able to convince myself...maybe because im 50 year old..😅😅😅......
i have the vit 250 counterpart, and it goes up to 165 km/hr ,max i touched..like it could go upto 156 very easily ,after that it will struggle a little bit to go up to 160+ ,but yeah ,the top end is supreme on this bike..
Hi bro, I have a question regarding ground clearance. Apka koi essa experience jaha bike ride karte samay breakers par agar bike touch hui to damage hua ho..?
Bhai can we take it to mountains?? An i have suggestions for you iska seat modify kara sakte ho as per your comfort, their are so many shops in Delhi where u can get customised but # go only who have experience to fix (if u need i can suggest )
Thank you bro , please do suggest any reliable shop if you can, and yes definitely you can take it to mountains the power is good enough to get you anywhere you desire 😀
@@the90skid-oankar77 i find this video helpful and they made custom as per your requirement just skip the intro 😅 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-oXOhuZTlNpw.html
Hey buddy, it does have vibration, but when I did 600 km straight ride it was fine for me , if you have experience Duke engine then this one is little smoother then that. If that much vibration works for you go can definitely go for it bro ...
@@the90skid-oankar77 thanks :) I have only ridden hero Xtreme 160, it is very refined. Maybe I might feel the vibes with Husqvarna but i am hoping i can manage it.
@@houseofelectronics5869 yes hero, Honda, Yamaha engines are very smooth, ktm and Husqvarna are on little vibrating side, but ones on open road you will like it, just service your bike when you feel vibration is alot they make it smooth for sure .
I am planning to buy Vitpilen by august end, my height is roughly around 5.9, will it be an issue in any scenario on this bike like you've mentioned in some comments 'being on a slope' , 'getting reverse' and such. And also is it good to buy this bike for daily commute, considering my route will be Ghatkopar to Seepz via Sakinaka during rush hours or is it just going to be a milage disaster. Or should I just go with my secondary choice which is Apache RTR 200.
Both the bikes are brilliant bhai, yes on slope I usvaly park in reverse which solves the problem , even for city ride it’s handy but rtr200 is more comfortable as compare to vitpilen for daily commute as husky have very aggressive posture , mileage will be around 25-28 in slow traffic I guess rtr might give you around 32-33 in same condition, if we consider looks then I feel vitpilen gets more turning head. If I had to choose bike which I can ride 6 days a week then honestly will choose rtr over husky, but you give test ride to both before making your final decision bhai.
@@mohdabuzar1739 I tried searching alot bhai, I finally got one from smk caption America version , but new LS2 ff800 is very good I have heard try that you may like it
Both of them have same frame structure bhai, only diffrent is seating style , if you like more aggressive seating like sports bike mode then you can go with vitpilen , svartpilen have aggressive seating too but little comfortable then vitpilen. So that you can ride bit longer , rest both are very similar
@@TheBeardBoy69 yea bro it's very compact but once you sit on it, it gives you feel on good sized bike , if you have Bajaj dealer and service center around you , you can take it from there bro
The milage showing on the odo is completely off bro. I also have a Svartpilen and my odo is 17000kms . The best milage you will ever ever get is 35KMPL . I have never gotten anything better. Dont rely on the odo information.
Hey bro you can buy it that won’t be an problem , just make sure when you park at and slop park it in reverse and get high cusion shoes even I do that it helps , best take a small test ride to get feel of it, my friend is 5’6 and he rides comfortably so shouldn’t be any problem, test ride is must bro
There is very less scope of adjusting seat height bro, but I would still recommend you to take test ride, if you feel the connect with bike then go for it . The only problem is when we park it on slop then it's difficult to take reverse on it , rest all is easy
The only way to reduce seat height that too by 1/2 - 1 inch is by adjusting shocker setting but i won't recommend as this bike has already low ground clearance this adjustment will make ground clearance even worst But do take a test drive as i have seen a video of a 5'5" tall guy who has this bike
When I wear my riding jacket then there is no wind problem, in normal t shirt and shirt after 80kmph it does a bit, also bike looks light weight but it's heavy and rock steady on road 😁
It does vibrate bro but as good as Ktm duke, if you are comfortable with duke vibration then you will be fine with Husqvarna, it’s lesser then Royal Enfield and slight more then dominer
you can bro thoda starting me you might find it difficult but my frd with 5'7 hieght can ride it easily, but please take a test ride once before making your final decision
@@the90skid-oankar77 by d way, am 5.5' and I love it's slim soft seat..... don't need to spread my legs to far 🤣🤣🤣......anyway, what's your secret for 51 kmpl.....I can't get over 33 kmpl ...35kmpl once in a blue moon
@@chandanpiku that's awesome bro 😁, there was no secret bro, I just got less traffic highway and I kept my speed constant at 58 kmph on 6th gear no brake no clutch just fix accelerator for good 10-12 km run and I got that 50.1 kmpl ...
