@@poodook because they’ve had a lot of freshmen classes come and go since Todd Reesing nearly led them to a BCS title birth. The current freshmen at KU were barely walking and still wearing diapers when Reesing led KU to an Orange Bowl win and KU was the David shaking up the college football landscape. After his junior year in 2008, they’ve had zero bowl births and zero seasons at or above .500.

Because the offense actually had somewhat of a coherent scheme until 3 weeks ago. Kasey Dunn has destroyed Oklahoma State football. Fuck all the excuses about injuries, there's enough depth on this team to account for that. Kasey Dunn is just a moron that should be bagging groceries and not have anything to do with football.

@@gsl649 This has been the second time Kansas has beaten a top 25 opponent while being unranked this season. They were ranked 19, but fell out on Oct 10 after a 2-loss streak to TCU and Oklahoma. In comparison, OSU was still ranked 18 even though they were blown out 0-48 against Kansas State. The AP Poll is based off of the opinions of 62 sportswriters, and their rankings are not based on any form of hard evidence. The lack of hard evidence makes teams that mostly play against worse opponents (Georgia only playing 2 ranked opponents this year) rank higher than teams that are playing against actual competition and still winning ('Bama played against 4 ranked opponents already this year). The bias is extreme with the rankings.
