I'm awkward AF so my coworkers must think I'm a joke. The girls are always awkward with me, but they smile, laugh and play around with the other guys but with me they're all serious and just try super hard not to make eye contact. They see me coming by and they force themselves not to look in my direction. I only got like 2 work friends but they're kinda dorky too. I'm super shy and i read books in the breakroom. Hey man, I read your comment and I will try to keep it as short as possible. First of all, nothing wrong with reading books. Knowledge is after all a good thing. Especially in modern society where people are dumbed down by social media, reality tv etc. And I bet that you are smarter/wiser than the average person. About the confidence, have you considered working out/getting in shape, doing martial arts or the like? It's a major confidence booster. What you wear is also a factor. If your clothes fx are all worn out, it will affect how you view yourself. Not saying that you should invest all your money in the latest whatever-fashion, but fresh clothes that you feel comfortable in is always a good idea. About people being arkward around you, I will be straight forward with you (not trying to be rude or put you further down): People can 'smell' your insecurity, and some will see it as weakness. Others probably just don't know how to react to it. But to give you an advice, that it sometimes easier said than done: Do your self a favour and stop caring about what other people think about you (without being an idiot towards others of course, but that probably goes without saying). Untill you do that, you won't be able to rise and shine. If you feel good about your hobbies, nerdy or not (every hobby is nerdy in one way or another, no matter what it is), people will notice it. Feeling good about what you like to do shows passion. So once again, don't give a f*ck and just be who you deep down are. No one else can do it for you. Only you. So get up and get your shine champ, you got this! 💪
I used to be this way in HS. The quiet guy keep to himself kinda guy. The key is to just Stand tall with your body posture. The better you walk, the better your confidence is for yourself and the way you display it to others. Confidence is key. Recommend seeing some body posture videos for self confidence. And yes, eye contact is important, dont look down all over like the world is weighing on your shoulders. Chest up like nothing bothers you. Fake it until the mind tells you, you are the man and dont need to be wanted but just a man on a mission. Look confident, maintain eye confidence, confuse them as if nothing can affect you. You’re just a man on a mission. Youll get the ladies wondering what makes you focused. The other guys may talk and chat, but you’ll stand out. One will definitely notice and see. Continue educating your confidence. Confidence is key so be sure to talkat a good tone as well. 👍
You have to find confidence from within, if you look fir it in others this will constantly happen to you over and over. Start lifting weights or training at your local boxing gym. Its hard work at first but gets easier with time and youll gain confidence within yourself from it. Good luck and remember its a cold world out there nobody is coming to save you.

2:59 Strange. Many times I‘ve read or heard from other videos that the opposite is true. That her voice gets higher and softer when she‘s attracted to you. And deeper when she isn‘t! That‘s also what I notice in my office. A woman that I think that she likes me, talks rather hard and with a deeper voice to all the other guys but to me she talks soft and with a more pleasant voice.

"really worried" is a little vague. Are we talking "Be safe. Text me when you arrive" worried or texting you every 5 minutes to make sure you're safe? I'd say it's a good sign if she cares about your safety. If she's over bearing it can be different.

Funny stuff A girl had a chrush on me for 7 months, displaying all of these signals. As the sigma iam however, ofcurse i choose to ignore and analyze the woman.
