hello @kentWeare. I'm trying to send azure alerts to Zendesk. We are thinking of creating a ticket whenever a alert triggers. I'm using the Azure monitor in Logic Apps template and zendesk connecter. I can make the test runs from the Action group but it wont create a ticket zendesk when alert triggers. Can i please know what would be the issue
If I connect to a database via key vault using managed identity, does the logic apps needs to be in same vnet as database? I tried using the get secret action in logic app, it failed and I am unable to retrieve the key. I am working on a enterprise application.
Sounds like your Key Vault has some network restrictions enabled. You will want to make sure that you Logic App can connect to that first. The destination will always dictate what/who can connect with it. That applies to Database as well. If it is exposed via private endpoint, then you will need to make sure Logic Apps is allowed to connect to it. Generally that means being on the same network.
@@KentWeare kent - there is issue with Appinsights for the ASE, for logic appa inside ASE, the traces and request tables are not having category values workflow.operation.runs and workflow.operation.triggers, Also to note both appinsight and logic apps are inside the ASE. If i create a logic app and appinsights it works and trace and requests table do have those categories which are used in the query inside the template. Can you please check, i have also commented on the blog for this please
