It was me! I suggested dusting the edges! I'm so happy it worked so well for you! I've so enjoyed watching you pour! I'm in the states so I can't really afford the shipping for your molds often, but I've started a change jar to save for this mold! It may take me a bit, but it'll be so worth it! This one is just stunning! I typically favor the greens and blues, but the earth tones are incredible! Thanks for the inspiration ❤
I love watching your videos everyday when you put up a new video. Also love rewatching old resin ones,, I love the Facebook group as well. This pour Julie is very beautiful and I think green and silver would be really beautiful together on your next pour. ❤
Oh it looks like ivory in the middle of it. I think it’s absolutely beautiful. Watching your videos makes my day so much more enjoyable. Thank you so much. Have a blessed day to all 🥰🥰🥰
I’ve mentioned before, with this mold that I see a Sun I think that would be so beautiful, or even a sunflower, you have inspired me so much to the point that I am trying to work and get me a crafting area set up and then I want to start pouring resin as well. I love watching you and I’m learning a lot. Thank you so much you are very talented.❤
I love the white with the fine lines. It gives a different look to the piece. The pens are a great idea, I never get the center the way I like it. Lovely job and thank you for sharing it.
Love this color scheme! I think for silver an evergreen and espresso would look great if you dusted the edges it would look like a snow topped Christmas tree
Oh Julie, Julie, Julie! I am so excited. I haven’t used resin, but I love your videos. I got excited one day when you made a caterpillar mold. I ordered it and use my Ultra 30, gypsum cement. My little caterpillar came out so good. Now I am going to paint him. I am just so excited. Thanks for your inspiration. You are a great lady!
The backside when it finished reminds me of the cotton ball flower that we would on when I was a child...I think it's beautiful can't wait to see the otherside
I think it's very pretty. It's beautiful for fall decorating. I think a silver edge with blue would be nice. You'll have to show us how your blanket looks.😍
Beautiful !! I also agree with the others that said to many white dots in the center. That would contribute to the to much white on the other side. Try using less white dots ( even if you have the urge to add more-hahaha). Absolutely love ❤️ the colors you chose for this piece. Thank you Julie
Love your videos! I've learned a lot first starting out with resin and love figuring out new things. I crochet chunky blankets. I love them in the winter time
*LOVE* those colors, Julie! It reminds me of rich, creamy coffee in a copper mug. 💕😍 Yes, perhaps one too many rounds of white, but it's still beautiful! Maybe make the espresso another few drops darker to combat the white? I *LOVE* the copper edges! Hmmmm, this has given me some inspiration for a set of coasters.
🫠🥰You made my day. You’re the one that taught me how to brush on mica. Thank you for mentioning my suggestion.❤ You’re a brilliant artist and the best in resin designs.❤
I am laughing because you are binging knitting videos. I am a knitter who binges resin videos. Warning The chenille sheds really bad so don’t get it near your resin. Thanks for so many great videos.
@siamese35 LOL I am a knitter, too, and spin my own yarn, but I discovered Julie by total accident a few years ago and binged acrylic paint pouring, then resin pouring! These days, I don't get much knitting or spinning done!
Cam you do a flower in silver grays, blues, turquoise , different blues, greens, gray. Perhaps bit of yellow, and I did make finger stitch blanket, nice and warm and wonderful!
I love the soft natural colors. Someone emse mentioned it looks like a hens feathers and Insee that as well. Very soft and natural. The dusted edges are not my taste, but I'm sure thell look good on other pieces.
Oh I like the way brushing in the bronze mica looks! And I like these colors, I think you should try neutrals again but maybe the gold mica was too close to the white? It's very subtle but I do think it's pretty. It's definitely like a chrysanthemum! I know it's spring in Australia right now but this one would fit in beautifully with the fall in NY I'm experiencing right now, love it! As for color combos I'd LOVE if you tried lavender and brown with copper. It's such an underrated color combo and I think it'd look so pretty in this kind of flower! (I'm also so glad you said you were doing the chunky finger knitting with the chenille yarn and not merino roving. Because the merino roving isn't yarn, it's for spinning yarn out of, and isn't meant to be knit with, it will fall apart. I didn't want you to go to the trouble then be disappointed 🥺 but the chenille yarn is perfect and absolutely made for that!!! I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy watching your videos!! Sorry for the random comment I'm just a very passionate fiber artist lol)
