Pune v/s Mumbai Pune provides spacious and large carpet area whereas in Mumbai, it is congested. Pune is cheaper and has better good environment. Mumbai is polluted with chaotic environment. When it comes to home decor, Mumbai is notch ahead of Pune as Mumbai due to space constraints, it has better knack for space utilisation. Pune housing lacks in this specific area.

Otherwise you will get only enquiry calls. You agents always ask for buyer's budget. Not quoting price gives us a feeling that owners price will vary according to our budget. It's my experience
