Great information but you took too long to get to the point, and you're all over the place, this isn't creative this is to be straight to the point, thank you none the less!
Awesome! Thanks for clearing this up. I am building a battery, and I was getting confused when choosing a BMS. Looked up the data sheet for NCR18650B and sure enough the nominal voltage is rated as 3.6v. Turns out vapors aren't all bad. who knew?
Between you and Mooch... Greatest educational assets for safety this community/industry has. Now Mooch is doing videos it would be really interesting to see you both do a video together. Throw some other people like Daniel, Biker and Bogan in to broaden the subject information, lesson and some fun (because we all know kids learn a lot more when it's fun). Dunno but I'm sure I'm not the view and like that video would get. Peace!
Wow for someone ragging on companies for not properly communicating information you take forever to get to the point! Cut the waffle, repetition of information, irrelevant opinions and tangents and discuss the topic of the video! So little of this 18 MINUTES was useful information and what was useful was painfully interrupted with some irrelevant tangent. I don't usually give negative feedback on videos but this was infuriating to listen to.
So my RadioMaster TS16X says "Do not use 3.6v li-ion!" and in the same time it says "The built-in charger is going to charge to 4.2v".... Where's the catch if the 3.6/3.7v depends on max charge of 4.2/4.35v?
So which batteries are the best for my Mateminco mt18s flashlight? The INR18650 MJ1 button top protected 3500 mAh 10A batteries I got from IMR for about 3 dollars each don't light the light properly. They seem a little longer because the cap requires more hand pressure to screw on than the unprotected batteries I got. Whereas the unprotected INR18650 HG2 button top 20A 3000mAh fit easily and seem to operate the lamp just fine. Any recommendations, advice or ideas for the best flashlight batteries and the cheapest place to get them are appreciated. As of now I think I'm best off getting flat top unprotected 10A - 30A , 3000mAh - 3500mAr batteries. ?
Mooch and I are good friends, He picked up my full line when I released the first batch 2 years ago. I've read tons of his work, and he gave me a really good review. Personally, I think its because he believes in my cause and appreciates the fact that my batteries are 100% honest first, as well as top shelf grade.
