No silver edge. The way it is now you can see the petal edges. If you paint the edges you'll obscure the outer petals. Absolutely gorgeous!

With this layering technique, you can use colors in each layer that would otherwise get muddy if you use them together. Also having a dadker tone in the first set of petals would have given you a shadow effect. So many possibilities! These are beautiful. They look like they're floating.

WOW! I absolutely love these two bloom coasters, Julie. They are so soft and the 3D effect is amazing. I wouldn’t add any silver, as it would cause a break, on those petals underneath, that have gone right to the crystal edge. Absolutely gorgeous! I’m always surprised at how much you can do with a small amount of resin and how much you can get when you scrape out the container which was used to mix the resin in.The result is super clear and so delicate just like glass.Perfect !😊
