Glykeria, a charismatic singer, renowned for her authenticity, warmth and for bringing the most authentic entertainment to the audience, on a performance curated by Stelios Fotiadis, featuring well-known folk - éntekhna - traditional songs and all the greatest hits.
Dilek Koç, a singer who unites two folk cultures in a musical program full of shared all-time great, folk and éntekhna songs of the two peoples, will be performing along. Dilek Koç takes us to the musical flavours of Anatolia, the Café Aman of Smyrna, the Aegean ports, the odas of Cappadocia and the Balkan rhythms, through a musical program based on the shared musical tradition.
The participation of Darina Slavcheva Slavova will rock the second day of the festival. Darina Slavcheva Slavova is a Bulgarian folk singer, vocal teacher, music producer and ethnomusicologist. She has performed in concerts all over Europe and she also participated in the world-famous choir “Le Mystère des Voix Bulgares” (The Mystery of the Bulgarian Voices). She has appeared on Japanese television, among others, and she has been awarded a number of international and Bulgarian music awards and has collaborated with artists from Greece, Turkey, Denmark, Japan, England, etc. The members of her band are Temelko Ivanov - kaval, Borislav Zgurovski - accordion and Hristo Hristov - bagpipe.
