Thank you! Many years ago, I had a chocolate chip incident around Christmas time. Luckily, chocolate chips have a small amount of chocolate in them so it wasn't fatal but, it got pretty bad.

Could you please recommend the best food brand for my 5 year old Pomeranian? He’s now on Hills Science Plan lamb&rice. He also had some teeth extracted. I think he doesn’t really like his food as he’s not really eating the normal grams of food it says on the back. He’s eating less. I’ve heard that Hills is really bad and has bad ingredients as well as Royal Canin. I want to switch him on Wellnes Core small breed Adult Ocean as i’ve searched online the best food for pomeranins and it brought me to Wellness. What do you think? I really would like your help as I don’t know what to do. I went to the dermatologist with him and he has bit problems with his coat,(bit of falling). He said Hills is fine but the researches online say it’s really bad. I already ordered Wellness. Should I give that a try or go straight to Orijen? Please get back to me. Thank you!

I looked at the food options that you are considering both Wellness and Orijen look good. I would check with your vet to confirm if a grain-free diet is the best option for your dog (our vet told us not to feed our dogs an entirely grain-free diet). Another option to consider is Ollie www.myollie.com/ (I'm not affiliated with them). They create dog food that is customized for your dogs needs and has a combination of fresh and kibble-style foods (or you can choose just one type). where do you get your info? Raw bones for dogs are essential because they support digestion, clean teeth, mentally stimulate, strengthen the jaw and mouth, ease anxiety, and provide essential nutrients like calcium. In general, your dog's diet should include about 10-15% edible bone; you can also feed recreational bones 1-2 times a week. NEVER COOKED BONES.
