i know this is old. That's not really accurate, almost all of their kids are blonde as a kid and it gets darker when they age, some lighter than others like Jana, John, Jill, Joseph, Josiah, Jason, Justin, Jennifer, Jordyn and Josie. But Jessa, Jinger, Joy, Jeremiah, Jedidiah and Johannah were also quite light as kids, not that much, then Josh and James seem to be the ones with darker hair since babies.
I think its really precious that Josh and Anna helped Mike during the transition so patiently without them shouting at them like most other parents would :)
