Lower chakras are very important and often disregarded for manifesting these chakras are where lower vibrations like tension, anxiety, stress, etc. and past karmas etc are held they need to be Cleared, re integrated ,vibrant, and strong to feel free

Two of my friends who work with preschool children in daycare are having an incredibly difficult time at the moment with the children’s violence and verbal abuse, of course, this is the reaction from the challenges they have in their home, I was wondering if you could record some crystal bowl meditations for young children specifically to help them center themselves, so many of them are so sensitive and not mature enough to handle what’s happening in their lives yet. Great work I will recommend this channel to anyone having trouble's I knew there were minor chakras but didn't know much about them just started using this today I know it's gonna help already. Minor chakra Points feels like the part I was missing about my lower chakra troubles.
This is so awesome! I'm so glad you're doing this, including minor chakras associated with each major one, and now this one that includes all the lower ones. Amazing! Have you already done the upper ones? I'm aware of the root chakra one you did, as well as the sacral that I discovered today... I hope you do ALL of them, they are so incredibly healing... and in case no one's told you yet today, thank you, thank you, thank you. I think I just may have discovered the "13 heart chakres" as well. Have you already done the solar plexus as a separate video? The root chakra's been especially helpful to me as I am in the process of healing injuries to my left foot, and the beginnings of arthritis in my knees and ankles. I also have some issues with my neck and lower back, so are any of your videos targeted on those areas? and/or having to do with middle back stiffness? and/or healing our neurological system?
