@Lisetla No, he was not wrong to ask Mr Mukoto because he had the information and shared his story to the change radio, not to other channels. Now that he is seeing the same information being published by other people, he is correct to come back to the change radio and ask for clarification. He obviously didn't know that the change radio gave people the permission to air its content hence he mentioned that out of respect he would have liked to be informed before his information was used by other people.
