For the "hot water trick," (or the bathtub one), the heat softens up your boots, but the water can eat at the glue at the seams. This can cause them to not last as long. The only reason that pros do this is because most don't wear one pair of boots for a whole season. Just practicing in them for even half an hour can have the same effect without the downsides.
@@bobbyswan5659 They get their cleats for free. Why would they care? And the wear they put on a shoe in a match is equivalent to much more play time of a regular guys cleat.
Well, if the water is handwarm than it should be ok. Don't let it be hotter than 40°C or 104 farenheit, better is 30°C/95F. I mean body temperature is 37°C/98.6F so if the boots were destroyed through our body heat than wow these boots are bad🤣
Go back in time, just about all boots had screw in studs, which you could replace as they got worn down, they used to packs of screw in studs in rubber for hard ground, nylon studs for normal ground and metal for real soft/wet ground,....... They would also sell studs for rugby boots, would was the same size as your 2 back studs on a football boot, abit larger/longer than other studs under your front foot, I used to buy 12 metal rugby studs an screw them in my boots.
I use the "2 socks hack" Also another hack when your boots don't fit you I take out the first three holes of the laces,it gives the ball a cleaner touch
Also to avoid my laces coming undone I would buy a bike inner tube and cut it into a 2 inch strip and tie my boots then slide the strip over my boot up to my laces and it would wrap around my arch. Usually only on dry days otherwise I would wrap athletic tape around my laces under my arch. Worked great and helped secure the boot..
I disagree with you on small shin guards. Larger guards get in the way. They’re heavy and big and bulky, the ball sometimes hits them. Smaller guards are light and still protect, the don’t get in the way of anything and it’s a more natural feel.
I just thought I had odd heels - but I have Haglund's as well. Who knew it was an actual thing! Complete pain the bum (well heel) but might have a look into some flyknits to see if they help.
I’ve lost few of my studs for phantom venom SG Buying them is so expensive any ideas on what’s can be done . They are size 11-13 also super hard to get those size studs. One stud won’t screw in due to loose screw in sole.
Ive got a tip for you buddy.... you dont say Hazard...... you say Azar.. leaving the H and the D out...yes he is from belgium but its the french part... so they dont pronounce those letters.. tips and tricks baby😉
I have tried the hot water trick and it worked pretty well but when breaking in new boots i suggest wear double socks because it will open up the shoe faster + you will not have as many blisters
People think people with cuts in their shoes and socks are usually homeless but now it's used to show you a pro how does that make any sense it goes from looking bad to everyone trying to do it
My own personal hack: When tying your laces do a double loop ♾ when beginning and also double bunny ears. -for those with wide feet - don’t make it too tight
Players play with 2 pairs of socks in that “ small socks hack” , the short ones under the big ones (the kit socks). The kit socks are actually cutted off and folded . You’re welcome 😉
I dont get the fuss over these new shin giards ? The GForm, carbon fiber excetra. Ive worn $5 Wilson guards for years and never broke or bruised a shin bone
They weigh less, that’s the point. Carry around less weight for 90 minutes. For u it won’t matter but for a pro every little advantage can make a difference. A game of inches
@@fbg_dudas3008 yes i know. But i was just talking about neymar not any other player. Please read my comment again. This time read it carefully... Thank you
I play soccer in college. My teammate and I wear our socks low because we are prone to cramps in our calves. When we play with the socks lower it helps avoid cramping. That may be why some players play with shorter socks.
I'm an old guy who currently plays as a keeper and previously played as a center back. Hard tackling is a serious part of my game. I use a child's size in shin pads, but I use the kind with the ankle sleeve that has the plastic discs that go over your ankle bones. That way I get ankle protection in case I get stepped on but not as much weight as a full size guard. Another hack is cooking spray on the bottom of your boots when playing in mud so the mud doesn't stick as much.
Before where I’d play the ref used to make the player change the boots if they were soft ground. Personally, I’ve never used them or really seen how they are so idk on that
So wearing socks that helps you be tight in your shoes is excellent hack and tieing shoelaces in a way that stops you from moving in your boots is ok hack :D i dont get it
Trick no. 10 is bad becuase when i play mach vs hajduk B I shooting set-peces that mach. Then my boots are be Like Greelish and my set peces was too bad
Don’t use the steamers! When you wear your boots, that creates heat and the heat will soften the boot because physics. So, if you wear your boots, it will soften itself, thus breaking it out
Rio Jorge not recommended, you will lose a lot of lockdown. Pro players get boots customised for their feet and allows them to do it. If you have a pair of them try it
“Special edition” lol you know all these companies custom make cleats for pros and whatever they ask for im pretty sure they can fulfill no problem. Why in the world would pros be doing this. And second the like last 2 cleats are normal production models that come in SG. And third DO NOT DO THIS, SG cleats sole plates are thicker/made slightly different then FG sole plates to compensate for the metal studs and there threading to prevent pressure point while wearing them
