Most of the things are your list are belizean's best career opportunities. Tour guides, etc are the only way they can make money. Remotely working for a non belize company does not take work away from natives. Telling people to start businesses in direct competition with native belizians will ensure that they resent expats.

Gabriel....there are lots of operators here, some with their own equipment. It would be a difficult endeavor to pursue this. Land clearing, construction, site prep, and general work is filled by local labor, plus the wages would be discouraging.
