@@DontTestMeAtallNegative and just plain wrong. Not overplayed, played as much at his age as Fabregas, Messi etc were. Injuries are just unlucky, not anyone's fault. Professional footballers, especially at that young age should be able to physically handle a lot of game time if not anything else.
@@sammy1fruitninjait definitely wasn’t the amount of games but the way he played was very risky. There’s a kid in our academy just like wilshere playing style it’s Lewis skelly the way he never pull out of any challenge. But wilshere would dribble knowing he would take some hits for example Messi dribbled a lot but Messi always knew when to dribble when to release the ball. Jack just never stopped he would run into blind spots and just run straight through taking so much damage.
@@DontTestMeAtall Not really. Wilshere always had injury issues even before he was 20 years. Saka has played roughly the same number of games Cristiano had played by his age.
@@insubordinategoy7466 If he had a career that had been injury-free we would already be talking about him as one of the top central midfield players in Europe. -Xavi
Him and Diaby. I think Diaby had an even higher potential and I’m still sad to this day he was marred by injuries. He could’ve been our long term Yaya toure or Vieira
Honestly I thought I was watching a future world star. Jack still got over 30 England caps, but this is a tragedy. Ruined by injuries the boy was made of glass. Wilshere should be spoken in the same breath as Gerrard scholes and gascoigne. An unbelievable talent snatched away by unfortunately his own failing body. Will never forget this game though. Thanks Jack
Wenger over played Jack. Jack was too brave and too small and brittle for the giants in premier league. He also never bottled a 50/50 which saw him plagued by injuries. Arteta and Saka must not make the same mistakes...
Jack wilshere. If he not smoking. Working hard & consistent. He name will be remember same as Scholes, Lampard & Gerrard. Maybe even better. he just not get his best potential because he can be better then what we see him play. Unlucky injury & not discpline kill his career. if he has Ronaldo mentality & not injury.. probably one of the best midfield England ever has. for me, he is same as Adriano. they both has potential to become great players but with football, talent is not enough.. you need work from that.
you always played well against Barcelona came close to winning and knocking them out of Champions league but due to wrong refrees deciscions and always were in favour of Barcelona
injuries have ruined his career.. trust me, if he doesn't get injured, he might be one of the best midfield in the world.. and he might be a legend at arsenal if he survives.. and maybe he'll move to real madrid or barca
Sin lugar a dudas este jugador tenía una magia que solo le he visto a Modric. Todos pensábamos que iba a ser un mediocentro que marcaría época, pero las lesiones condenaron su carrera.
Xavi said this after the game about wilshere "the future of English football," claiming the midfielder can go on to be one of Europe's top players. You're just stupid enough to not do your own research
Foden is obviously incredible, but Jack would’ve been sublime. I genuinely believe he would’ve been a Ballon D’or candidate. As well as Diaby (and Eduardo). These 3 were the absolute upper echelon of potential. We’ve been so unlucky with injuries. UNTIL NOW (touch wood).
