The the new owners have purchased the building, the organ has been played more in the past month than in the past 3 years. After some spot tuning, it is back to its full glory. This is a 10 rank instrument with a very nice, full sound.
Do not worry for the organ is in good hands, and is not going anywhere!

Hi there, the instrument is holding up well! I just got done with some repairs on the wind chest where there was a bad air leak. It is not regularly played anymore as I no longer live close to it, and the other guy from another neighboring town who came in regularly to play had passed away. Anyone who wishes to play it can contact me and I will make the connections for access. The new owner of the building wants to keep the organ
