1930's Austin Western Badger Shovel Recovery 

Larry Hoffman, Loch Gordon & Nick Hemingway picking up the former Butte Public Works' 1930's Austin Western Badger shovel. The 1955 Caterpillar D4 Traxcavator loader doing the work sat for over 20 years on the site but started immediately and ran the whole time on the original fuel.
The Thumbnail shows it with the shovel attachment, in front of its grandson, Larry's 1974 Hitachi EX200 excavator. Work to be done on both of them.
