Happy weekend Glass Gang 🎉
This week in the workshop I've completed this gorgeous 1930's inspired front door entrance set. This project is for my client who is restoring the entrance to his home. He wanted me to 'tie in' the new design with the original pattern that is still featured in the other properties on this road.

It's amazing how you break those u curve pieces of glass with no groziers or pliers of any kind. You have to have strong fingers to do that. I'm loving the green water glass!

Cheers Speedy 🍻 keeping the hands strong definitely help many of the process involved. Maybe I need to start with the hand massages 😂😂

A different approach to securing the window. Jan do you get customers including a glazed panel into a double glazed unit?

I can prepare my windows for encapsulation inside double glazed units but I leave the actual encapsulation process to companies who specialise in that part ❤️🧡🩷

@@LightLeadedDesigns Cheers Jan. Good to know. 20+ years ago lived in a Victorian semi, decorative glazed tiled porch and rattly leaded window. Solution was an iron bar and wires as per your video a few weeks back. If only I had known. Filed for future reference. Thank you
