Another lovely old oily yowler! Never seen one in person. Very rare in Canada. My dead grandad had one with a side car. His dad helped him buy a used Vauxhall so he would stop driving his daughter (my mum) and his wife around in the wicker side car. That was before the war. Grandad gave me the adjustable wrench that came with the car. I got mum on my Daytona once in the late 70s, but not since. Now she's 90, and I still don't have a Scott.

Ultra Low Emission Zone. It used to be confined to central London, but on 29 Aug this year it was vastly expanded to cover all of Greater London. The clowns in charge have lied that traffic pollution is killing people so unless your vehicle meets modern emissions standards you can't drive it into London unless you pay £12.50 a day. It's another scheme to make money and curtail personal freedom, which has most impact on the poorest.
