....this is a reprised post from three years ago -- but really just an excuse to share a wonderful rare band photo of the Cally Holden Orch. It comes courtesy of Kevin Coffey and Dave Hignett who have the market cornered on rare paper and identifying unknown musicians. Unfortunately, this fine band only made one private record -- they had that classic Southern California sound, very Arnheim-inspired. I wish there were more!

Sounds like a great band. Is this record the rejected "test" the Rust book mentions, or one of the personal pressings the band had made? If so, is it double sided? :-)

....yes, it's the same two-sided coupling as shown in the Rust, but issued as a "special" release.
