Love the Zephyr us old guys remember that look but custom is great when I was 17 help dad cut up an old 28 Buick with suicide doors would’ve loved to put that Zephyr grill on it

Get some 3” heavy duty casters at Harbor Freight and weld them to the bottom of the shelves. We were able to stack two motorcycles - two per shelving unit to roll around the shop to give us storage room and floor space when needed. Got a 1 ton Harbor Freight chain lift in the rafters to pick up each bike as needed to place on the top shelf. Gave us ultimate flexibility

Imagine a bare metal Zephyr where the only paint is a gloss clear coat to prevent rust. Now imagine if the clear coat had metal flake to make it sparkle.

When you have the swamp coolers on, do you have anything open so the air can flow out? Leaving doors, windows or vents closed while a cooler is on will really raise the humidity in the building and with everything closed up it pressurizes the building and that slows air flow. I have a swamp cooler in my 2 car garage and I run the door up a couple of inches so the air flows out. During the hot part of the summer here in Az I can get some decent temps in the garage with the cooler on but the humidity is still high but a couple of fans make it bearable. I love my Contour SCT from Eastwood, makes quick work of cleaning up metal.

This is much better than the magic of TV!! Here, you get to see the true aggravation & frustration followed by the solution & end result!! Plus, I wasn't quite sure initially where this was going until after the fist few pleats. Then I saw the bed of a pickup pop up. Very cool! BTW, Jamie, great visuals on the MATH segment!!👍👍👏👏👏

Hey guys ,your rock! Love the new shop, still like the old shop in the desert, but I understand. It's going into fall here in Central Missouri, and my projects will have to wait till next spring , I'm recovering from my knee blood infection. Hopefully there's one more surgery and putting my new kneen in.4th dang surgery, but I'll keep going and watching your vedios, and the reruns of custom garage, shows I have missed. ❤.

Free shelving is always good and to keep everything well organized. That's what my brother and I need is some sort of shelving to keep thing's organized. I kept a tool line out list don't know what ever happen to that. That's how I kept track of our tool's. Now I just keep track of my tool's.

To make sure you get the ups and downs and flats correctly, you should make a “ witness stick” about 2 inches wide and bend it. Then you can lay the witness stick on the surface and make sure it’s going the right way.

i can believe this car will be beautiful when your finished . love he fact your not leaving all that rust . man i can see it now all done in maybe a candy red metal flake or even just a high gloss black . i dont know but im sure what ever you do is going to look good . not sure what engine you have for it if any . could always ls swap it . but again thats up to you . if it was up to me and it was mine i would put a small engine in it and make it efficient for gas mileage and use it as a daily driver . maybe a 6 cylinder enough power to go but good on gas . man its a beautiful car . hey maybe get a Lincoln town car as a donor car the engines in them are awesome will last for up to 500k miles or better there bagged air ride . have all kinds of bells and whistles . not to mention 8 cylinder and make perfect sleeper cars . you can have my Lincoln lol . hey just ideas man .

I have a suggestion for you. If you number each bend and use the odd numbers as the up bend and the odd numbers as the down bend it might help with alignment.
