I absolutely love this toilet! It has very heavy mineral buildup and no glaze at the entrance of the trapway so the performance is greatly affected. Somehow it still manage to pass some tests though.

This performed better than I though it would on a low tank. I like your tiled patio. It doesn't get muddy like my test area. I bet there was a bathroom window right next to the Trent in a previous life, lol!. I found a pen lodged up the trap in one of my Crane Mauretania toilets and I only found it with a mirror. I also found a 1919 Mercury dime in the siphon jet of my 1927 Devoro When I got it.

My grandpa tiled that patio himself when they moved to that house in 1990. It looks nice and it is easy to keep clean. I've seen lots of things in toilets and that's usually after I've smashed them. That dime is really cool and coincidentally, I just found a dime and a quarter in a Vortens Vienna.

I do love these old vintage toilets, however it is a shame that it is a somewhat neglected (heavy mineral build up, with no glaze in trapway and there was also a piece of blind in the trapway which got caught on the washcloth - also removed with the washcloth). It also doesn't like bags much! I will give it 10/10 for effort but in it's current condition it is far from perfect. Bowl clearance is pretty much spot on despite the minerals/no glaze in the bottom of bowl and trapway. Still love this old Kohler Trent this as it would perform much better if it was in better condition!
