We do a walk around of my wife's 47 Dodge pickup that has a Camaro clip with a 5.3 Ls engine backed by a 4l60e trans. If you just want to see the Sunday night cruise stuff skip to 8:37 in the video.
Omg, that 60 Plymouth WAS the most beautiful work of art, it literally brought tears to my eyes, what you built your wife with that sweet 47 was amazing, one can never go wrong with vintage beauty
The old saying is: "You can't polish a turd". Everytime I watch an episode of your channel Brent, you prove that saying wrong! Thanks for the inspiration! Between you, DD and the Penny's, Manitoba looks like an awesome place.
Your wife is lucky to have such a nice truck! And you sir you are quite the husband. Thank you for the great video There are some real beauties That you showed the 60 plymouth is really nice got to love those fins!!!
I always enjoy your videos. Thanks for the content of your videos. The cruise in was great. It looked like a cruise in Oregon. Every cruise I feel lucky to see the rare finds that people come up with. I liked seeing the video with your boy in. That is the way to teach them. I proudly remember holding a flashlight for my dad. He used to get excited when my mind drifted (still does and I’m 71) and the flashlight pointing where he didn’t need it. 😘
Hi Brent! Really enjoyed this video and taking us to the show in the Peg! Pretty awesome and I am on board for more like it! Great job on that truck too BTW.
Superb video. Great cars you have in Manitoba. Looks like everyone drives their cars . (No Trailer Queens). Thanks for taking us along to 1 of your cruise nights. Your wife's truck is a great ride, nice work. Stay Real.
Nice cars at the show, luvs your wifes pickup....wish we could get some shows going here in California, lots of creative and beautiful rides here to see,,, looking forward to that day!
Mon there was a show in Niles Fremont California just a couple of weeks ago it's on RU-vid they have it every year, plus there shows all over the northern bay area there was another one in Vallejo dome town by the marina water ? Yeah a lot of shows did get cancelled I get the Cruising News magazine that tells you where all the shows are at in California and swap meets
Thats so awesome! I've been away from Manitoba for years nice to see the surroundings again kinda makes me want to take a tour of Winnipeg again miss cruze night down portage
Your Wife has a really nice Dodge truck, I know you said you changed out the engine the Dodge brother's made a pretty good engine I like the back fenders that go down like a tear drop like the older Chevy Truck early 40's truck. I drove a 1979 GMC SHORT BOX for 13 year's I always wanted to use that truck for a doner for an older truck 40's but just kept on driving it.
Brent, Winnipeg has some cool cars but none no cooler than your boss lady’s truck! Of all the others my favorite was the red and white 55 . You have so many you need to donate one to charity and I just changed my name to Charity. lol thanks for the video!
Like the wifes truck like the GM engine swap, Cool looking sweet ride Hot Rod, Fit right in at the cruise in , video of Cruise in something we have missed in year 2020. Thanks again
Between you and your wife you have a very cool collection of cars and trucks. I'd love to build a truck one of these days. Doing lots of research to figure out what I want first though.
Out of a whole bunch of videos, one that I will bookmark, and I will share because our tastes run very close, the 36 fords were my very first love before I could steer a car and dad had one but got rid of it just as I was old enough to get pedals and steering connected. Pro toy is one bad 57... others make me smile like crazy as well and when you took time on the 60 Fury I know that I have to send it to a guy who has the blue and cream one. Yes I love your wifes dodge and glad she was behind the wheel, we don't see much of your family in videos so I respect that. She is a lovely lady whos smile should make most mens knees weak! And if that isn't enough, that musical in the background made me get my guitar out and find it on the boards, I hammered it till my fingers bled. I liked it and don't recall hearing it anywhere so I have been out of circulation too long. Absolute fantastic video!!! Thumbs up for sure
You have a really nice truck. The steering wheel is a good match for the truck better looking than the plastic coverd one, not shire how the wooden one feels on the hands for long distance driving
I like that ol' Dodge pickup. I wasn't familiar with that body style but I like it. Thanks for the car get together. A LOT of nice cars up your way. Are the prices of old car more reasonable up that way ? Everything in Denver is HIGH ! Stay well !
No wonder she loves it, that's a sweet beautiful Dodge. One that I have been quietly looking for over the last 5 decades and never found, at least one that I could afford. The only improvement that I would consider is that hemi with a blower idea.
The red Plymouth. Right there. If you get a chance, on u- tube, check out Steel In Motion 2020. There are several versions. This is a lot of the statewide and beyond car owners, fabricators, and innocent bystanders we have enjoyed the company of over the yrs. Hope all is well up yonder and hey, Good day!
Hey Brent. Your wife has a beautiful truck. I really like that style. You are really good with your GoPro. Nice overhead shots. You are like me, I don't like many cars younger than in the 60's unless it is a Dodge muscle car or a Mustang. Thanks for sharing. 👍👍🍁
Your wifes Dodge is real sweet! Some nice cars on the cruise night. Love the tri 5s PS I saw Dan and Dani live on their Sunday cruise in Dani's 57. I think it look like the same place you were at Cheers
Love the Wife’s Truck, some pretty nice Hot Rod, bet there mega bucks and the paint is too nice to drive, I think you gotta drive them, thanks cool video.
Cool video. Loved the cruise in. They canceled the really nice cruise in show that we used to have around here. Over a thousand cars on a good night. But thanks to the damned coronavirus, they cancelled it after only 2 shows this year. Very depressing. So thank you for sharing.
Are you going to spruce up the patina of the 47 Dodge? I bet it will look the "dog's do da's" if you go over the paint work with linseed oil and spirits. P.S. your wife isn't the only one that loves the looks of the 47 Dodge truck. I love the stance you have with the truck as well.
Looking at the home page tells me from watching the videos that you must have at least twenty cars and trucks that you have kept for yourself, not many can claim that much rolling stock an all are different stages of nice... some more than just nice! A good place to be
I saw your wife so sweet and small crawling into the General and loving it??? Now i see this 47 is HER truck and it an LS 5.3 and Auto WOW! That is a nice looking truck and the seats look great the dash gauges found are super. I am so jealous. My wife likes her 2013 Volvo. Building a car is just not in the cards. I could it would be very close to this Dodge, Maybe IH or Chevy. Damn you have all the fun. Great ride, thanks for sharing, The car show cruise in was great neato. Yes the shiny paint jobs are very cool but you are afraid to really drive them. I have a 2014 Corvette with 9,000 miles on it. I love it but i don't drive it much. what good is that, Great videos guy thanks. Dennis in Virginia
That’s nice! Love the look of it. Did my 51 Fargo a similar way, clean interior, and a couple modern conveniences. Cant wait to get it safetied and start cruising it. Love the new wheel, and it has a nice stance to it. What part of mb you in? Im an hour northeast of wpg.
Winnie's Perch has some very nice old iron around it and the replacement steering wheel looks adequate. So does the horn button work? I always found myself cursing those adapters when I actually needed the horn to work. LOL.
